The pertinent question

The fundamental purpose of religion is to answer the question of death. Human beings being irrationally rational needs to find the answer to what happens to you after death. Religion having conveniently invented a god can answer all questions without having to prove anything. The only mantra required is faith. Strangely enough a lot of dogmas of religion is related to your life on earth. If you do not obey the ten commandments for instance you will burn in hell. What I think they mean is you will burn in hell on earth and not after death. No one really knows what happens after death. It makes me laugh to think that if we begin to question the purpose of our existence there will be no real answers. "Why", my friends, is a stupid question.
